Arturo T. Salinas

Arturo T. Salinas is a dedicated and experienced Spanish speaking personal injury attorney with over a dozen jury trial’s to verdict in California State courts, and four bench trials to verdict in both Federal and State courts.   

He also has over multiple binding arbitrations to final award.  His experience includes motor vehicle collisions, uninsured and underinsured motorist claims, premises liability claims, law enforcement civil rights violations, construction defect litigation, and suits against employers pursuant to the power press exception to the workers compensation exclusive remedy.  Prior to joining Banafshe Law Firm, PLC Art has worked in both plaintiff and defense law firms.  He worked directly with insurance claims adjusters and has inside information on how claims are evaluated by insurance companies.  This distinct advantage and Art’s knowledge of the law are what set him apart. 

Art has spoken on various topics of the of the law including liability exposure to businesses and homeowners associations, and construction defect litigation, to various business groups in Southern California including the All Cities Professional Network.  He is a graduate of Loyola Law School in Los Angeles wherein he participated in the Scott Moot Court Honors program, and served as a Judicial Extern to the late Hon. Robert M. Takasugi in the United States District Court in Los Angeles.  He is also a recent graduate of the Consumer Attorneys’ Association of Los Angeles’ Plaintiff Trial Lawyers Academy.  Art sits on various Commissions and Committees in his home town of South Pasadena including the Parks and Recreation Commission, and the Community Center Ad Hoc Committee, advising the City Council concerning all aspects of park and building operations including design, usage, costs, and liability exposure.  

Art is a native of Southern California, and lives in South Pasadena with his wife, and three sons where he maintains close ties with the community.
