Shant Nashalian is a litigation attorney at Bana Law and has been a licensed practicing attorney since 2018. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from California State University, Northridge in 2015, making the Dean’s List, and went on to receive his Juris Doctor from Southwestern Law School in 2018. During law school, Shant graduated in the top 20 percent of his class, received several merit-based scholarships, and served as Editor-in-Chief of the Southwestern Journal of International Law. He also authored a scholarly article published in the journal.
Since beginning his legal career, Shant has gained extensive experience litigating a broad range of cases, including personal injury, commercial litigation, product liability, toxic tort, premises liability, habitability, construction defect, elder abuse, and consumer class actions and mass torts. He has represented both individuals and businesses, handling all aspects of litigation from initial case evaluation through trial and resolution. Shant joined Bana Law in 2025, where he leverages his strong academic foundation and hands-on legal experience to provide dedicated advocacy for his clients and work tirelessly to ensure they are justly compensated for their injuries and damages.
Outside the office, Shant is passionate about sports and music. He enjoys playing and watching basketball as a devoted Los Angeles Lakers fan and following football as a Philadelphia Eagles supporter. In his free time, Shant plays both guitar and piano, values time spent with family and friends, and takes advantage of outdoor activities such as mountain biking, hiking, and camping.
