P. Ryan Banafshe established Banafshe Law Firm, PC in 2002 in order to provide client focused and results oriented legal services. After years of representing clients in several areas of law, he knew he found his passion the first time he represented an injured client.
Jerry Rulsky is a supervising Attorney at Banafshe Law Firm, PC. Prior to joining the firm, Jerry worked for a boutique law firm focused on personal injury law, including auto collisions, trucking accident, motorcycle accidents, pedestrian accidents, slip and fall accidents, and catastrophic injuries.
Taylor M. Smith
Taylor Smith is a supervising attorney in the pre-litigation department of Banafshe Law Firm. Taylor has been assisting victims of personal injury accidents since 2018. Before becoming a plaintiff’s attorney, Taylor was an associate with premier civil litigation firm.
Before earning her law degree, Patricia served four years in the United States Marine Corps. Upon completion of her service, she worked as a litigation paralegal at a Downtown Los Angeles firm. As a paralegal, she had extensive contact with clients and was able to understand the full range of their injuries. This helped her develop a passion for helping those who had been wrongfully injured. Patricia then decided to take the next step. She attended Southwestern Law School’s accelerated Scale program and earned her law degree in two years.
Danielle R. Farahi
Danielle R. Farahi is an Attorney at Banafshe Law Firm where she advocates on behalf of her clients and works aggressively to obtain the best possible outcome for them. Danielle’s focuses primarily on personal injury matters, car accidents, truck accidents, pedestrian accidents, motorcycle accidents, and slip and fall accidents. Danielle is admitted to the California State Bar.
Dean C. Pavlakos
Constantinos (Dean) is a trial attorney at Banafshe Law Firm. Prior to joining Banafshe Law Firm, Dean worked at a reputable business and civil litigation firm specializing in the representation of many large companies.
