Trial attorney Vincent Vallin Bennett is tenaciously dedicated to fighting for justice for the injured. With nearly thirty years of experience, Mr. Bennett specializes in catastrophic injury litigation, products liability, toxic torts, work-place injury, medical malpractice, construction accidents, civil rights and employment discrimination.
Mitch was born and raised in Philadelphia Pennsylvania, and as such brings the “Philadelphia Lawyer” to California. Mitch enjoys working through the nuances of each case, uncovering details that are not obvious and often missed by others, but vital to the client’s case.
Lloyd Buckley is an attorney at Banafshe Law Firm PC and focuses his practice on litigating a variety of cases, including large and complex personal injury, wrongful death, product liability matters and premises liability cases throughout California.
Before earning her law degree, Patricia served four years in the United States Marine Corps. Upon completion of her service, she worked as a litigation paralegal at a Downtown Los Angeles firm. As a paralegal, she had extensive contact with clients and was able to understand the full range of their injuries. This helped her develop a passion for helping those who had been wrongfully injured. Patricia then decided to take the next step. She attended Southwestern Law School’s accelerated Scale program and earned her law degree in two years.
Danielle R. Farahi is an Attorney at Banafshe Law Firm where she advocates on behalf of her clients and works aggressively to obtain the best possible outcome for them. Danielle’s focuses primarily on personal injury matters, car accidents, truck accidents, pedestrian accidents, motorcycle accidents, and slip and fall accidents. Danielle is admitted to the California State Bar.
