“I truly believe that every case is a modern-day David and Goliath. Every day the nation’s largest insurance companies with all their might and power attempt to take advantage of individuals who have been injured as a result of the negligence of another. You would think with their several billions of dollars of assets their motto would be to pay what is reasonable value for a claimants’ damages. This could not be farther from the truth. Their goal is to pay as little as possible to increase their bottom-line profits. That is the truth. This is where we come in and protect the best interests of our injured clients and avoid allowing anyone who places their trust with our firm from being forced to take a low offer from an adjuster who pretends that they have the injured person’s best interest at heart.
We as attorneys have a duty to protect our clients’ interests and be the best advocates on their behalf. Unfortunately, insurance companies don’t share the same duty, their duty is to their shareholders and investors. No one should attempt to resolve a personal injury claim without an attorney, the insurance companies and their team of attorneys have an unfair advantage against an unrepresented claimant.”
