- Biography
Solomon Salehani is a Supervising Attorney at BANA LAW, where he leads the firm’s Pre-Litigation Department and advocates for individuals injured due to negligence. With extensive experience in personal injury defense, real estate disputes, and complex business litigation, Solomon brings a strategic, results-driven approach to every case.
Before focusing on plaintiff advocacy, Solomon practiced on both the defense and plaintiff sides of litigation. This dual perspective gives him a tactical advantage in evaluating liability, assessing damages, and anticipating defense strategies in personal injury claims. His background allows him to build stronger cases, negotiate from a position of leverage, and maximize compensation for injured clients.
This breadth of experience enables him to approach pre-litigation with precision, preparation, and a deep understanding of how cases are valued and defended.
As the supervising attorney of the Pre-Litigation Department, Solomon oversees case development from intake through settlement negotiations. His goal is simple: secure full and fair compensation for medical expenses, lost wages, pain and suffering, and long-term damages without unnecessary delay.
Solomon is deeply committed to client-centered representation. He understands that personal injury cases often arise during some of the most stressful periods in a client’s life. By combining legal strategy with responsive communication, he ensures clients feel supported, informed, and confident throughout the process.
Solomon earned his Juris Doctor from Southwestern Law School, where he served on the Journal of International Law, an honors distinction recognizing academic excellence and legal scholarship. He also holds a Master of Science in Management from New York University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from University of Southern California.
Outside of his legal practice, Solomon enjoys spending time with his wife, maintaining an active lifestyle, and playing golf. He is an avid fan of the Los Angeles Lakers and enjoys attending NBA games whenever possible.
